I found the first link interesting. I might watch it in it's entirety, a bit later in the day. I found his opening interesting, that there was a conflict between one dollar one vote and one person one vote. I think he is right about that...
I find it hard when terms are thrown around. 'Capitalism' and so on... I don't have a handle on what these terms mean, at all. I see that the listener is induced into 'boo!' or 'yay!' response but the words often don't mean anything to me... I get a sense of con-munications... Trying to get people riled up. In-group / out-group. Trying to placate people. Trying to manipulate the mob... And the trouble with this is that the mob is a terrible beast from the perspective of human rights and respect for persons.
People who intentionally try and create mobs and control mobs for their ends...

But he seemed good for 'splaining what he meant so there was a... Rationality... That I often don't find in these political debates. I don't follow stuff, honestly...
My most recent writing was more... Popularist... Along these lines than I like / wanted it to be... It was so largely out of necessity because of the time-frame I was working within. There were elements of something... But they were under-developed. Yeah.
I need to work on developing them...
