I just got a bottle of Irwin Naturals "Feel Good Chocolate Diet"
I love it! Love it.
Only take one in the morning but it seems to slow down my intake of food.
nice not to be so bloody hungry all, I said ALL the time.
I haven't lost any weight yet but I only started two days ago.
The test will be at work when I seem to have to eat so much and so often.
I would love to lose some weight.
