help for anxiety

I suffer from very bad anxiety. Phenibut works, but tolerance is terribly difficult to deal with.

Would Aniracetam help?

I've tried all the meds, nothing offers sustained relief. It's been going on 25 years. I had a traumatic event and the anxiety never turned off...help

It didn't help me with anxiety, though it did not make me particularly anxious either.

Piracetam and its analogues have always felt dysphoric to me.

Unlike Hydergine.

But sustained relief?

Dunno

You can probably look those herbs up on Pubmed or Google Scholar.

Lately I have found the idea of Noni with Ganoderma Lucidum attractive. I can buy noni fruits here and eat one when I wake in the early morning. Ganoderma binds with GABA receptors, I read. And all sorts of other good things.

I recently read that D-Limonene, an extract of orange peels, can help anxiety.

Some other things that might help your anxiety are TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).

And Havening.

And neurofeedback.
