update

My previous coctail (vit d, niacin, o3) has been very good for getting my circadian rythm back in order. With the niacin, quite literally, I have not slept better in years, besides with amitriptyline which was way too potent the next day.

Nevertheless, I am discovering that my low moods still persist despite good quality sleep (although it is much more manageable).

I am going to try and add back cocoa powder to see if that helps at all. I might add a bit of nicotine to that, but I don't know yet.

The BIG issue with me, is that **anything** that improves my daytime mood seems to induce insomnia.

How does magnesium affect you? Can you take it at night to help with sleep?
