I made a tea out of it with skullcap. It's supposed to be pretty nontoxic and can be used when pregnant, maybe.
Currently I'm trying vervain, which seems OK.

I grow it and make tea from it (2 tsp. per cup). I find it good for mild anxiety and insomnia, but not for panic attacks or major anxiety unless mixed with hops and valerian. I tried a big dose once and it knocked me out straight (couldn't move or breathe).
