Absolutely, yes.

Also ensure that you get adequate vitamin C. About 1000 mg/day supplement. Vitamin C works hand in hand with vitamin E.

Jeroen, is the E helping you? And being in a hospital can make the outside world very scarey so as Ed said you're stress could be higher. Fondly, Phillipa

Hi Jeroen

No, I don't think you need more. I know it's hard but you'll have to be patient, the effects of vitamin E will be slow to appear!

Kind regards

Hi J

Perhaps vitamin E is interacting with your medication somehow? I think you should reduce your dose of vitamin E

I'm glad you decided to take it again. At least, the withdrawal problem is back under control. Are you taking the same dose as before?

> i will try the vitamin C 1000 mg and E soon and let you know about it.

Good. Thanks for letting me know. I think the lower vitamin E dose I suggested makes it less likely for those effects you noticed before, and the vitamin C keeps the vitamin E active.

You were reducing by 50 mg a week? How's that going?

im not reducting seroquel yet, after hollidays i will.

can i take vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamin E 2000 IU, and magnesium twice 200 mg a day, with my current medication Seroquel 500 mg, seroxat 30 mg, tranxene 15 mg twice a day?

everything together is bad right? btw seroquel is treating my sort of nystagmus caused by geodon very bad, on the other hand tranxene is helping a lot more.

im looking forward to getting better, but its a year i have this condition now, BUT my social life has improved thanks to seroxat. but seroquel is helping to get pannick attacks
