Has anyone here successfully found a substitute for low-dose antipsychotic and antidepressant medication?
Something that really works?
Thanks.

I can only speak to antidepressant effect and antianxiety treatments. I tried a number of alternative routes with supplements, vits, and minerals prior to RXing the problems. I gave them a good chance. For me, I was not able to find anything that I responded to or tolerated that seem to be of help to any good, "that's all I need" degree. That was me. Some have found good relief, so I do think it can work out for some.

I've never heard of any substitute for an AP, there are certainly herbal and other sedatives, but I don't know of anything that has a specific AP effect.
For the ADs there's heaps, more keep popping up like that Gabanex below. Rhodiola, SAMe, StJW (maybe), seroctin (don't take my word for it, this is only day 2), amino acids (DLPA, tyrosine, tryptophan) combined with pyridoxal5phosphate.
