I recently replied to a previous post. On 10/12/04.Please read it! It may help you! I had the worst withdrawels trying to come off. Head jolts,tired,cranky as poop..etc Until I tryed the Niacin and Omega 3. I feel so good now..better than before the Effexor! Tons of energy,no aniexty!And it only took me the 3 days to feel this way! Good luck

3 of both the niacin and the omega3 in the morning, for three days!(maybe longer for others) I just wish I had tryed it a couple weeks before, because it was a nightmare trying to come off, So, I would just start taking the effexor again to stop the withdrawel! Finally with the vitamins went cold turkey!

BENADRYL for the dizziness and DRAMAMINE for the nausea got me through my Effexor Withdrawl Hell. Someone could wave one million dollars in front of my face and I wouldn't take that drug ever again.
