MYLAN AWAITS PATENT APPROVAL: Mylan Laboratories said yesterday that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will approve two patents from Mylan for the application by patch of selegiline and other drugs. Somerset Pharmaceuticals, which is jointly owned by Mylan and Watson Pharmaceuticals, has been licensed by Mylan to use the patch with Somerset's EMSAM, a drug used to treat depression.
Anyone know more about the patch status?

I hope this will come to canada at some point.
Canada is so slow, I think we are still waiting for the approval of paxil over here :)
