Phosphatidylserine apparently eliminates 30% of cortisol, which is what causes anxiety apparently. It also increases long term memory and learning abilities, and has no dangers to it at all.
Has anyone used it? What is a good brand to try?
Please tell me how well it worked.

There are many brands to try.
I have tried Natures Way & Source Naturals as well. The unfortunate thing is they are really expensive.

Both brands you mentioned have differant ingrediants.
Which one worked best?
I suppose I can look around at various other brands and see what their ingrediants are, and it should be the same thing.

Source Natural is one of those retarded businesses that tells you to shop through a vendor, then list many online vendors to choose from. I always found that an odd way to do things.

I buy mine from Trader Joe's. The brand of their vitamins is called "Trader Darwin's."
