Ah, I see, people here can post any old thing they want and hide behind an anonymous handle.

Kind of like vandals who paint graffiti on walls in dark alleys.

So, Yoder ([xxx])- spent 20 years by Lingo's side-- and now he's bashing him.

[xxx] brandished Lingo's philosophy, and published reams and reams of his documents on his site for years: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.co-bw.com
even using Lingo's initials in this case as an anagram:
http://web.archive.org/web/20071012215543/co-bw.com/BSC Main.htm

[xxx]/Yoder still has a few papers that he still posts on his site that are virtually copies of Lingos writings and philosophy:
The Triune Brain PDF
The Self PDF
Self-Realization and Social Responsibility PDF

And now [xxx] has found religion- and bashes both Lingo and myself where he can, anonymously- like here, and makes plans with his buddy Dashiki in private:

[xxx]

Speaking of Goodman, he was busted by the Lingo Estate for claiming copyright to Lingo's last manuscript, which he attempted to sell to a publisher. The manuscript- sited in his note above as such:

"I have the only (to my knowledge) complete version of his 100-lesson workbook*, which I'm trying to get the legal right to publish."

Goodman has bad amnesia, because [xxx] had him call Slade to get missing chapters from Slade, because he knew that both the acting President of Lingo's corporation, Harmony Asnin, and Slade removed all of Lingo's original documents from the mountain- with full knowledge of the family and the estate, and gained permission for use of the Lingo's intellectual property.

Goodman got busted when he acted on his own claiming copyright ownership- in an attempt to sell the material- and so he started crying Sour Grapes Slade.

Sarlo (Guru Pages) deleted Goodman's comments because they were lies in an attempt to discredit me.

Turns out, Goodman spent exactly 6 weeks with Lingo in the mid 70's, then spent years trying to get what he could from the guy. He runs his own Guruship these days-- I guess you do what you gotta do.

What made [xxx]/Yoder suddenly change course?

Perhaps it was discovery of this kind of thing-
imagine what his wife and kids, and the [xxx] where he [xxx] (he's a scientist now??) found out what he was really up to?
:
[xxx]

[xxx]

I've also got the email where Yoder/[xxx] talks about hacking into my computer and stealing my mailing list. If I am encourage, I'll find that.

I'll bet [xxx]/Yoder's [xxx] would like to see that one- the computer teacher and has hacking plans to steal data online.

When he was discovered (and there's a lot more)
Yoder/[xxx] suddenly decides he has separate himself from all his claims of "Frontal Lobes Transcendence"- because it's obvious that he's a
stoned devious mother.

He also knows he might piss me off, and I've got all his emails.

When he threatened to come visit me in Denver after interception of these emails occurred through confidential emails that Roso sent to me
(for a period of time when Roso considered me a friend- unbelievably), I was forced to call the [xxx] Police Department and have a word with [xxx] so he would have no further ideas of visiting my neighborhood.

Yoder/[xxx] can't promote Lingo any more, because Yoder obviously FAILED Brain School. He writes about Love- but its beyond his comprehension what that really means beyond Love [xxx].

He's now got to say "Lingo is a fake." Because if Lingo isn't a fake, then he tells the truth--

He removes any mention of Lingo on his site.

Because despite his phony baloney claims that he's been making for years about how transcended he (Yoder/[xxx]) is- about how close and helpful he was to Lingo

WHAT DOES LINGO ACTUALLY SAY ABOUT YODER/[xxx]? "R" Thunderhawk")? (I previously blacked out the name online- but I've still got the original)

What does Lingo say about Slade?

Read in Lingo's own handwriting:
http://www.neilslade.com/art/Brain/history.html

I don't care if people don't like Lingo, and I don't care if people don't like me.

People can say anything they want, here or anywhere- as long as they tell the whole story, and don't hide behind fake handles, and don't lie.

Nothing anyone says on this site or elsewhere
means a rat's *ss to me. I'm above such petty juvenile graffiti and such utter nonsense.

But if someone steals my material, as Roso has done repeatedly, if they spread half truths and lies, in addition to plots against my business and personal life, in addition to sending harassing emails, I'll fill in the blanks.

As for Deneb/Dashiki-- Nino Roso, he's been busted
numerous times for plagarism, copyright infringement on Scribd, Care2, and Facebook as well as for sending repeated obscene emails to myself and my friends- including death threats made to me last fall- I will not repost but two examples here, because they are utter human waste.

Dr. Bob's solution to having his bulliten board used as a wall of graffitti where no one is responsible for anything they post here is

BE NICE.

How about this as a guiding point for this board Dr. Bob:

When you see bull, either remove it, or leave the counterpoint- like this one.

What I'm saying is not nice.

But it's truth.

Want to play fair?

I'm not interested in bashing anyone unless my hand is forced.

You are free to leave or remove your posts Mr. Yoder [xxx] and Mr. Dashiki Roso.

I will respond in kind.

Beyond this, will not engage in any further discussion regarding these ridiculous posts by
[xxx] and Roso.

Any other discussions, I'll have with my lawyer.

And while I'm at it- one last comment in response to [xxx]s various claims that Lingo was a fake (in the various ways he puts it)

Hold on there-- you guys are calling somebody else a fake??? A liar???

Wow. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
People who live in glass houses-- well...

Lingo was as genuine a human being as I'll ever know.

He didn't relish certificates on walls that say "THIS PERSON IS AN EXPERT!"- he LIVED life.

He observed people and how they behaved and reacted, and he shared this wisdom.

(Gee-- that sounds like human CHEMISTRY.)

And he did so in a manner that I and others (including the quoted Goodman here) found enormously useful and inspiring.

You don't get a degree in being HUMAN at any university.

Ask the 12,000 members of my newsletter group, the 70,000 people that visit my site every month if they think the philosophy and observations I continue to write about and share is useless.

I see in Yoder/[xxx] and DenebDashiki/Roso two unhappy disgruntled humans that find it somehow self-engrandizing to criticize and minimalize the life's work of Lingo pathetic and self-serving.

It might just be that if you guys don't like me or Lingo or a combination of either-- that the problem ain't us.

Take a good hard look in the mirror.

Here's a hard and fast rule that I think everyone can agree on-

If an individual conspires to disrupt another's internet use by hacking, spamming, and harrassment-

including death threats (ROSO)

and I've noted that in Roso and [xxx]'s emails- in their own writing-

That individual then FORFEITS the right to offer negative criticism towards their victim- especially under assumed anonymous names in public.

Can we all agree on that?

I would hope so.

Now, in all of this revelation about who is posting what- there is one sole saving tadpole, one lonely star in this utter black hole of - of-- you think of a word...

And that is- why, why, why would two people- two adults- two individuals who are clearly aware of all the facts-- what they've secretly done in their closets- what they pretend to be and what the trail shows they are---

choose to attack another person-
choose to drag somebody down-
HATE another and encourage others to join in.....?

Well, in this case-- that's not a hard nut to crack. It's so obvious, I will not type it out-

Get that picture straight, ladies and gentlemen-

Mr. Roso,

Truth?? Are you the truth detective?

1) Wrong birthday, wrong age, wrong address.
A place I lived 15 years ago.

You think you are some sort of detective, but you don't even come close. The first thing any person reading your post will realize is what an idiot you are for even thinking putting my address online would mean anything to anyone. Who on earth would care unless they are some sort of stalker like yourself.

Besides that, anyone who needs my address, has it. That's a number of people I stopped keeping track of ages ago around when my newsgroups topped around 12,000 people.

Posting my address in this forum pretty much indicates the level at which your brain is um...working.

2) Unlike Nino Roso- Dashiki, I do not send anonymous death threats via email, I do not harass people with emails, nor use anonymous handles to post harassment online, nor plagarize, nor regularly - gloatingly in fact- BOAST of copyright infringement, and use it as some sort of weapon.

Truth?

Good god.

3)>Neil here admits using illegal hallucinogenic drugs,
Tryptamines -- SCHEDULE I Drug!

My feelings and experiences on the use of drugs is well established and documented online and in print. Truth? Secret? Not me. Wow. Now there's a real stunner for you.

4)>And actually---
while you j*ck *ff in your lonely apartment--

This comment? A big secret, my message to "Vicky"? You mean this response after you sent several death threats to me when I didn't supply you with papers I have in my archives that you demanded you should be given, that you asked for under another anonymous handle, "Vicky"? (which I saw through immediately).

My response to you, who has told me repeatedly about your dead end, unfulfilled sex life, about your own lonely masturbation sessions- as recently as last week- yet obsesses with the topic of sex, despite the fact that I've given you references repeatedly on books on the subject of fulfilling and gratifying sex, despite the fact that you've got in your hands Lingo's own writing on the subject?

Please, post some more of my responses, because then people will know the kind of crap I've put up with you for the past couple of years.

5) You've reposted my response: >You can start by >actually DIGESTING what you've passed over >reading. And you will be reminded by the Cosmic >Mafia-- I need do nothing Look in the Mirror pal >when you talk of Karma.

EXACTLY!! Cosmic Mafia-God-Karma-I need do nothing!

Unlike yourself who delights in copyright infringement for revenge- who sends unwanted, harassing emails to myself and my friends- who anonymously posts lying criticism online under assumed names.

Good god Nino Roso, grow the f*ck up already. Start digesting all those T.D. Lingo manuscripts you've been using for toilet paper. Start digesting the meaning of all this correspondence you've received- because I'm not sending any more to you, done, finished, complete. Does this sink in?

6) http://www.slideshare.net/NinoRoso/truth-about-neil-slade-amazing-brain-adventure
The truth? You mean this paragraph written by Goodman? I've already addressed that in this thread, and online- http://www.neilslade.com/art/Brain/history.html

Is this what makes you feel like a man? That you can repost an anus hair comment by the guy who was trying to pawn off, sell a manuscript as his own property? A manuscript that he claimed he had the "only copy"- that he got from ME?

Good god again Roso-- what have you got between your ears? It's hard to believe you have got a brain at all!

And Dr. Bob, and any other person following this sad thread-

Done. I do not enjoy this kind of dialog, I avoid it whenever possible. But since Dr. Bob has made the forum available to people who would post criticism anonymously, while simultaneously send harassing and threatening emails to myself and friends behind the scenes- I've had no alternative since Bob would not block (previously- thank you for doing this now) or remove such offensive and slanderous material.

As I've learned, Roso and [xxx] will go on ad nauseum with this garbage. I cannot waste any more time on setting the record straight. I think this should cover it.

Whew.

I have a new book that I've just published, I have a major motion picture in the works regarding that book, and my time is too valuable and precious to spend playing some wretched game of volleyball with a couple of people who slander me online.

I get hundreds of emails each day from considerate, open minded people that I must deal with on a regular basis. I have no problem at all when someone courteously disagrees with me, or who has questions that they ask of me.

This has been an entirely different type of situation, which I left alone as long as I could.

I do appreciate the opportunity to set the record straight in the written online record, for any of the few people who might actually be interested in such trivia.

Everyone have a nice day.

Dear Beloved Brother Slade,

I'm c*mm*ng !!! ... LOL

Ur'e "concept of self" acts out of avoidance. It avoids aspects of itself, it avoids hunger pangs, it avoids confinement, it avoids people that hold up mirrors, it avoids discomfort, it avoids fear and the unfamiliar, it avoids freedom and above all it avoids Nothingness/chaos. Thus operates from the perspective of duality.

By the way this week actually, am reading lot's of sexual books I hope you are reading my summaries?

PS: My ability to have multiple orgasms at demand is improving!! I am proud! LOL ;-)

We never actually discussed anything bout sex but, anyways I thought you would be proud to know! Keep in mind

¡esto es rico!

What qualifies a person to have an opinion is having enough brain cells to formulate an opinion. The most deluded mental patient is qualified to form an opinion. Thoughtful people are more interested in how well qualified is an opinion.

The more detailed and specific an opinion, the more carefully thoughtful people scrutinize an opinion. The further one's opinion deviates from accepted findings of researchers whose work has built on the findings of other researchers working in a specialized field, the more likely thoughtful people are to doubt the merits of the novel opinion.

Likewise, the more a proponent of an opinion represents a novel opinion as accepted by career specialists in a field when aspects of the novel opinion significantly deviate from accepted opinions, the more likely thoughtful people are to question the qualification of the novel opinion.

In marketing, it is not uncommon to see references to numbers of people who engaged in some experience. It's a form of social proof. That's a far different matter than scientific proof. Marketers at times seek to establish credibility by asserting that others find value in a product, service or viewpoint. Marketers proffer social proof as an alternative to scientific proof. It's an appeal to the numbers -- argumentum ad pupulum -- a form of fallacy.

An appeal to numbers is different than an assertion that "most scientists agree" on a matter when the latter assertion is presented in the context of valid reasons that most scientists agree. The latter suggests the work has been verified, the former implies verification is unnecessary.

Of course, asserting a fact such as that most scientists agree the brain has billions and billions of potential pathways does not verify an unrelated claim, such as a claim that we only use 10 percent of our brain. We might use less than 10 percent of the highway at any given moment but there is a reason for that space between vehicles. We use it in the next instant.

In the 1970s, hundreds of people throughout the world took part in many summer experiences intended to develop various personal skills. The same thing happened in the 1980s, and 1990s. In fact, in the 1770s, hundreds of people throughout the world took part in summer experiences intended to develop various aspects of their lives. That doesn't mean any one of those summer experiences accomplished any purpose for which it was promoted. In one case, a leader of popular self-enrichment experiences who was well liked and who appeared in popular psychology magazines later led a group suicide among followers who believed a space ship was waiting for them.

Opinions among the academic community about why people participate in novel self-enrichment experiences often cite a need for approval of an authority figure. Leaders of self-enrichment exercises often flatter participants, telling them they have unusual powers if only they tap into some novel experience. That doesn't qualify the opinions of people who lead summer self-enrichment experiences. The relationships are sometimes mutual, with leaders offering participants benefit of bold, albeit improbable promises that encourage participants to shower the leader with acceptance, praise and affection.

Especially in today's world of print-on-demand imprints anyone with a few hundred dollars and a manuscript can hire, if getting something in print and getting people to enjoy reading a text that promises great personal benefit were all it took to make truth, we would indeed live in a fantastically amazing majicalicious world. We could simply write entertaining books about how to solve every disease in the world by snapping our fingers, and -- voila -- no more disease, no more hunger, no more need for an unfortunate death at the end of a long and sometimes difficult life. Anyone who continues to suffer from disease and die obviously hasn't read enough of our books or bought enough of our DVDs. Do you feel the love?

Nor does income a person derives from self-published books validate the contents of those books - not unless truth is something we vote on rather than something that can be repeatedly tested. Even if truth were a matter of popular vote, one author's income wouldn't be enough to win the election - not when the book stores are full of titles well-financed publishers have accepted and produced through a review process that involves scrutiny by learned editors. The election would go to those authors whose books have appeared on the best-sellers list. Truth by those terms would be told by those who have made so much money they have no need to defend their reputation against critics at an anonymous online mental health forum.

Looking back through this 12-year-old thread, one item caught my eye. A claim that 20 million minds were involved in an experiment does not comport with facts about radio audiences. Talker Magazine's estimates of Arbitron reports say Coast to Coast at one time had three million weekly listeners in a typical week. Three million some time during a week is not 20 million at one moment.

It was an overnight radio show, maybe four hours long, so there was a lot of time for people to tune in. The average radio listener tunes in to about 20 minutes of a show. As an overnight show, it attracted a wide audience by nature of the fact that there were fewer alternatives during those hours than during daytime hours when more stations were on the air. The audience included truck drivers, graveyard shift workers and insomniacs.

Three million listeners during any week doesn't mean that three million people were listening at any one time. Those listeners could've tuned in to any one of 100 20-minute segments during five nights of a four hour show. Much less does it mean that a significant portion of those who were listening at one moment were active participants in a mental activity suggested by a host and his guest.

People caught in a lie often react in anger, masking their fear of exposure behind angry attacks against those who question the integrity of their claims. Sometimes people get angry because they so believe their otherwise untrue statements, they genuinely feel angry -- as a wrongly accused person tends to be. That's just my opinion about how people in general react when they're confronted with untruthful statements they've made.

It's also my opinion that when a person discusses whether another is qualified to offer an opinion rather than discusses the opinion at hand, chances are the opinion is not one that can easily be substantiated, or the person arguing against the person is not skilled at formulating valid opinions, or both.
