Anyone use Nuvigil or Provigil to treat their ADHD?

How about Focalin?

Half of Ritalin (or Concerta) is "Focalin" (same active principle).

All of the drugs mentioned can help treat ADHD, but none of them work for everyone. Even when they work, they probably won't provide full relief.

Focalin was ok. I think there's an xr now. The tablet was the same as ritalin, just a higher copay.

I took modafinil for fatigue, but I also have ADD. Never noticed any benefit, but some people do.

I can only take Ritalin with Nardil and it works pretty well. Before I took Ritalin I tried a few others with minimal effect.
Adderall worked good when taken with wellbutrin and Celexa many years ago fr a few years but it stopped working. I had a hypertensive reaction with Nardil and generic Adderall so the only ADD med I can get my doctor to prescribe is Methylphenedate, the generic of Ritalin. I was taking 5 mg BID (Or TID) but I just increased my AM dose to 7.5mg on my own and it is working better. I told my doc and said with the higher dose in the am sometimes I dont need a second dose. I dont always take the first dose until late am because I oversleep or i forget to take my pills on time occasionally.
