diazepam taper

well dr wanted me to go from 5mg at noon and 20 at bedtime to 5mg at noon and 10 right away at bedtime .....also take 250 luvoc cr at bedtime....fought him om it and going to 15 at bedtime for 2 weeks then to 10 ....2 days into it ..fine ....does this sound sensible

that sounds much more humane. to be fair to the doctor, diazepam is usually easier to taper than other benzodiazepines...long half life and such.

its been 4 days now ....fine ...i'll stay at 15 for 2 weeks and then to 10...if i'm going to have withdrawal symptoms at 15 do you think they would have started already......in the long run i i think i'll feel even better
