Getting horrible nausea with effexor. I know it will pass. Wondering if I could take zofran for the nausea.
epocrates says there's an interaction, but I don't know if it would apply to the low doses of effexor I'm taking. (now 37.5, target 75mg)

It should be fine. It blocks 5-ht3 receptors. Many medications that can be taken with Effexor (i.e. mirtazapine) do the same.
