Discussion: tendency to post negative experiences?

I've seen this discussion elsewhere. Not specifically relating to this forum and AD drugs, but to all health forums. Even to some extent non-health related review sites. That those who have negative experiences feel more motivated to seek advice and share whereas those who have had positive experiences don't feel as compelled to take the time to to get on their computer and share?
Thoughts?
