sureyya,
The chemicals in the drugs could cause your death. You see, when these chemical nerve agents are combined, the effects are increased exponentially. In your case, this could cause death.
You see, these drugs are not medicines because they do not treat a disease or cure. They are chemicals used in insecticides and rat poison and worm killers and in the commission of mass-murder.
Thousands of innocent people are killed each month by these drugs. More are maimed with life-ruining conditions and addiction. Children are drugged into a lifetime of misery.
There is a way out. You see, stopping these drugs could put you in a suicidal state or a state to commit mass-murder. Now what?
If you could have your prescriber enter this forum and have dialog with me here, I could have you unshackled from the poisonous drugs that he/she has given you. You see, I am prevented by the psychiatrist that chairs this site to help you, for he has posted prohibitions to me. But in a dialog with your prescriber, I could bring this out through him/her.
The prohibitions to me by Mr. Hsiung prevent me from posting from a Jewish perspective and he allows anti-Semitic propaganda to be seen here as being supportive. This is against the Jew which is the definition of anti-Semitism. And he also allows defamation against me to be seen as civil here by him. This is a tactic used to create and develop anti-Semitism in a community. The tragedy here is that it could cost you your life as members are in concert with Hsiung to defame me and post ant-Semitic propaganda having impunity from Mr. Hsiung in his enforcement policy. By him doing this here, your could be made to ignore my warning that could lead you to your death from here.

Yes, these medications are safe to take together. However, Paxil increases blood levels of Anafranil. You need to take 1/2 the amount of Anafranil to get the same effect.

75 mg with Paxil = 150 mg without Paxil.

Because you are taking Paxil, you are taking the equivalent of 150 mg of Anafranil. I think you can go up to 100 mg of Anafranil with Paxil. You still need to weight 3-4 weeks for these drugs to take effect.

Friends,
Be not deceived. Scott cites no substantiation for his claim that taking the two drugs together is safe. In fact, in other attempts to justify these drugs Scott has said that he knew a women way cross town that was good by taking some drug. What does that have to do with substantiating a blanket acceptance that taking these drugs together is safe/ Because he knew a woman that took them and did not die? And that is science?
My friends, there is a wealth of evidence that shows that taking the drugs together can cause death by serotonin syndrome and heart disturbance as tachycardia. And worse than that, the other drug kicks up even more adverse effects that could kill. And if they don't kill you, they can addict and cause life-ruining conditions going forward to cause you to want to kill yourself. And to withdrawal from these drugs could in and of itself induce suicidal thinking.
Who do you trust? Scott that cites no support for his claim? He could possibly find a pubmed citation , but there are a lot of those from years ago that have been proven to be done by the drug companies paying ghost writers to make false reports to sell their drugs. And that they could do 100 studies all showing death from the drugs and one that did not and just cite the one favorable to the drug company. There are researchers all over the world exposing that fraud that has led people to their deaths. I am trying to lead you to life, and life more abundantly. Ask Scott to substantiate his claim.

"European clinicians are combining clomipramine 50-150 mg with fluvoxamine (50-150 mg), fluoxetine (20-40 mg), sertraline (50-100 mg) or citalopram 40 mg/day and claiming success in many patients unresponsive to either drug alone."

It makes sense to monitor blood levels of Anafranil with this combination. When the Anafranil blood level gets too high, it can disturb heart rhythm. I would stay at 75 mg/day until you get a blood test.
