I think I'm getting good results with this supplement. Days when I've taken it I'm overall calmer, more sociable and seem to get more accomplished. The effects are subtle. No stimulated, speedy feeling so it kinda makes me wonder if it's a placebo effect. I've been trying to get an appointment with a psychiatrist for 4 months and trying any nutritional supplement.

i've started l-dopa through this, i posted about it, it's good for turning your dopamine levels up, and having enhanced effect, but too much causes problems.....
i feel enhanced effect added to nuvigil, but still it does have side effects like irrtibility.....too much dopamine makes you paranoid and delusional, irrtible
still it's a good supplement, did you read my post about it earlier?

levodopa is extremely addictive right? Dopa mucuna is then too??? Sounds like a very scary supplement, but if its a supplement it should be safe right? Can you give me some information on this. Now I'm afraid to take it. I skipped my dose today and I can't even focus on watching TV. Do you have parkinsons? Do I have it???

levodopa is not exactly addictive, it's a supplement like l-tyrosine is.....it produces dopamine, but its not liek a stimulant.....
you don't have parkinson's because you would have symptoms like unsteady posture, and movement disorder....
i just posted about levodopa previously and i was wondering if people read my post about it......just seems i post things and i never get credit for the infmoation i provide babble with, like people read it, run and go....

I saw your post about dopa mucuna that was posted weeks ago. I can't navigate well with my smartphone so I can't go back to check the date at this point. I understand your frustration. I too have made many threads and posts that haven't had any response.
I'm having amazing response to dopa mucuna for anhedonia, memory and cognitive problems. Feels like a light was turned on in my brain and I'm normal for the first time in a long time.

good, im glad, i do like to post helpful posts for posters to learn about......i do my best to provide infomation here on babble, and help......just sometimes i feel people read my advice but then totally not get that it came from me.....that's with all the posts here.....i post the best responses i can give to help and give advice for improvement.....
