I have suicide thoughts. I would prefer to just ride it out because i am scheduled with a doctor who hopefully will prescribe Cannabidiol on March 10th.
Also, i want to try Viibryd and just like Cannabidiol that might not be possible in a Clinic because Viibryd would have to be imported from the US.
My mother is giving me a hard time instead of being empathetic. I definitely want to see a Psychologist. I havent been to one in about a year. My mother is giving me a hard time, i have problems with my sexuality and friends.

Hi Lamdage,
I think that you're right that seeing a psychologist would be a good idea. Considering that you said that you've been having suicidal thoughts, I think that contacting a psychologist promptly and discussing the thoughts that you've been having with the psychologist that you'd like to see (as well as arranging for an initial appointment) is something that you would likely benefit from. If you need more immediate assistance and cannot get in contact with a psychologist in a timely manner, contacting the doctor who prescribes your medications or calling an emergency number or a suicide hot line are options that I think would be worth considering.
I think it's good that you have some treatment options that you're thinking about talking to a health professional about, and I hope that you'll end up finding something that you'll benefit from, but I also think that if there's any chance that you might act on your suicidal thoughts that talking to a professional very soon (if you haven't done so already) would be the best thing to do.

Maybe you need to go back up on your meds for the time being. Particularly zyprexa and/or seroquel.

Hi Lamdage.
In reading your thread I noticed Zyprexa (the poster) indicated you may be off your meds. I weaned off all my meds a couple months ago in preparation for a trip to Thailand. I was fine while there. I got home and TOTALLY crashed. Crazy fatigue and subsequent depression. Saw my pdoc who put me back on Zyprexa and Klonopin. Next day my GP phoned that I tested positive for Mono. I HOPE that's what it was but I must tell you that within a week back on my meds I was relatively okay. Just sayin ....Zyprexa may have a good point if you're suicidal.Jade

Go to a Psychiatrist, I did. It worked.
