after ruling out physical problems--had cat scan ...finally can headaches and nausea simply be signs of depression.....maybe should have stayed on cymbalta instead of Lexapro and not dropped lamictal....will see dr tomorrow

Those sound exactly like withdrawal symptoms and also exactly like Lyme disease. Which is it?
Withdrawal side effects in my experience can last as long as 6-12 weeks from the last dose, even when another similar med was the replacement. Serious headaches and serious nausea.
That also, however, describes common symptoms of Lyme, and since nearly all Lyme patients have unsuccessful treatment of psychiatric symptoms, it just has to be considered.
Testing is frivolous however. You would have to self experiment to make any progress, or see an LLMD.
Something is telling me it's not one or the other, but both.
