Are there any augmentation strategies? I know I can't take ssris or anafranil so what can I do? I'm already on NAC that's supposed to help but it doesn't do squat or does the 5mg of Zyprexa or the 150 of Lamictal . In terms of OCD I mean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! thanks !

You could probably add inositol. ITs not a mainline treatment, but has been shown to help OCD and probably won't interact with parnate.

There are lots of drugs that have shown efficacy in treating OCD that are not ADs:
dextroamphetamine
keppra
riluzole
namenda
klonopin
clonodine
topomax
ondansetrronEric

I don't have extreme OCD, more GAD with some depression/fatigue issues, but I take very high dose Parnate (100mg) with high dose Lyrica (1050mg) and it has helped a lot with OCD tendencies and my other issues. Watch out for the weight gain though and the initial dizziness. Increase very slowly and I don't recommend these doses for everybody. I seem to have a very high tolerance.

Hi.
Had you tried Parnate monotherapy before adding Lyrica? How did Parnate affect your OCD? What additional improvements did Lyrica produce?
