on an empty stomach it starts faster, but not always, the medicine in the stomache attaches itself to the food, and that's how it kinda gets absorbed, bit slower....

multivitamin should effect anything

Yes, taking it on an empty stomach makes it start faster and perhaps last very slightly shorter.

Taking with food delays absorption somewhat but may increase peak blood levels.

Taking with a high-fat meal for sure delays but increases absorption and indeed raises the peak blood level.

Will multiviramin decrease effect or duration even when taken later in the day such as lunch?

I take my Vyvanse with a single bottle of Muscle Milk and have no problems and no loss in efficacy. Taking Vyvanse with a multivitamin makes no difference.

I'm not sure how big the effect is but I believe there's something about Vitamin C influencing it, 1) bc it's ascorbic acid it could reduce absorption and 2) the physiological effects of vitamin C on catecholamines

So is it more important to take vyvanse after fatty meal or after high Protein meal for max absorption and effectiveness?
