Thanks for the idea. That's more than I get from my therapist. Drumming is a limited market..there are only so many of us but looking at what people are doing on ebay (I've bought drum stuff there) should be interesting.
I know my posts here are sometimes not the typical, will this drug work for me but sometimes what I write may say there's a big problem here. But I'm not expecting therapists here--maybe I am. Who knows?

Juicing...wheat grass shots...I know you will think, my god that girl IS nuts. But it makes you feel ten times better than anything else. You will get energized. I watched "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead". And I know u dont want to hear about exercise, but just go down to the local y. They have great rates, and u mingle with people, even if u fake it til u make it.

I play guitar and sing and write lyrics wannna start a band???? We could call it the Wacko's!! Just Kidding.

Get more into your music if you want . Practice 3 hours a day. Work on being able to do Buddy Rich fills. Listen to some stuff you really like.

Cultivate a new hobby. Take pictures. Buy high end stereo equipment. Take a career test at the local junior college.

Redecorate your place. Surf the net. Find a cute girl.

Find a new therapist (!!!!!!)

Just some ideas....

Tammy might have a few more words for you. We'll have to see whether or not she posts them.

I know you mean well, Phillipa, but your questions are sometimes very intrusive. Not only that, but that you would so quickly post personal information that people might prefer to forget can be damaging.

Do you rely on memory, or do you have some sort of record-keeping system?

Hi Phillipa,
I went to bed last night thinking maybe I had been a little curt with you and that after some thought you were probably trying to be welcoming.

I have known Scott a long time. I also have many personal mental health stories so asking what hospital is for me a fair question,

I don't know Scott from a hospital that is not how we met.

I visit his home occasionally and sometimes we both read this board and post on the computer here. Sometiumes we being human forget to change the name on the Board so he will accidentally post as me which happened yesterday or vice versa.

To answer another post of yours from yesterday--(Which, sorry, came across as a little bit if a prying question but I guess is a fair question)-I used to post about 5 or 6 years ago as TJO but I have no idea now what my password was then so I changed my online ID to what it is now, Rockerchick46.

Thanks for welcoming me back- I look forward to talking to you and everyone else.

Tam

I remembered a post that was on here a few years ago when so much censoring was going on that you had shared the same computer and Scott had not signed off. I remember because at the time. My husband had tried to use the same server to post on here and Dr Bob said no. One or the other could and then sign their name at the end of the post. I was then afraid that Dr Bob wouldn't like this and might result in at least a PBC. After remember this. I do think I like the new way we post now better. Monitoring ourselves. It was a fresh wound so that is how I remembered. Home hospital doesn't matter.

I meant no harm. I will have to see who you were on the different posting name. Truce? And welcome back!!!! Phillipa

I don't know of anything that can be used as a predictor of success with this strategy, but if you are going to try it, you might as well do it as soon as possible. Although I did better on Parnate at 120mg than I did at 80mg, it was an inadequate response, so I stopped taking it.

I am not accusing anyone of anything. In fact, I do not think I would be capable of accusing Scott of anything considering how warmhearted he has been to just about everyone on this site throughout the years. I just am confused about what's going on here just curious because I am confused.

Jack, I am so sorry. Tammy and I have been sharing a computer, and we have been careless about changing our names for each post. We'll try to be more aware of this in the future. Tammy and I beg your forgiveness.

I've got some warm fuzzies from your comment about my being warm-hearted. Thanks.

Sincerely,
Sco

Why are you so obsessed with people's personal lives and their posting records? Seriously?

I feel less safe with you on the board.

Please try not to shoot the messenger. It's less safe here because this is public and archived. It's helpful to be reminded of that. (There are also advantages to being public and archived. Life is full of trade-offs.)

Not very pretty. I don't know what else to do than to say I'm sorry. I could have said, "Stop it!

Dr. Bob has posted a reminder that Psycho-Babble is a public forum that is archived. I may not like your posting behaviors, but they are not uncivil, I don't think. The only way to censor your posts is for me to control where I point my mouse cursor.

I am mad and sad. I feel violated by you. It doesn't matter that you have the privilege to snoop through the archives to find and post words that some posters would like to forget. My face wrinkles when I ask myself, "why would someone do such a thing?" Could you provide an answer to this question?

I don't mind if you post to me or anyone else, but I ask that you exercise discretion in what you decide to do with the information you have collected. Although a poster sacrifices privacy when they submit a post here, that does not mean that what they post is not personal.

I normally don't even use the archieves. In this case I did merely out of curiousity. To see if my memory was totally lacking. I don't hold anger or any negative emotion if can help it as it serves no purpose. I read out of curiously and Learning. That was my purpose in having my husband find babble which I didn't even ask him to do. He was curious about Cymbalta. Now I spend most time when home which isn't a lot either on facebook and work which is researching items to post on ebay. That is how we make a living and a good one now. See I've disclosed personal information I didn't have to. But what does it matter to me? Phillipa

Thats Cool. I kinda thought you were just curious and did not have any ill intent but I dont know you well yet and am a little wary of strangers on the Internet.
