doctors disagree with my ADHD dignosis

don't know if posted this before, but the current doctor had came to a conclusion that i don't have ADHD and thought i stated it because i was trying to get stimulants, and really this has been a rough ride....the fact that i do have a stimulant abuse history is true, but the thing is that at the same its a dual thing, i abuse them, but they did help with things i had extreme trouble with. And if i just didnt abuse adderall and dexedrine, i could of been in a better place, but its already over with, but these are my diagnosis chronologically since 2003:
2002: ADHD with social interuption in class: medicatons used Adderall XR 30mgs
2003: Depression unipoler: Cymbalta 60mgs
2004: anxiety disorders, panic attacks, disturbed regular daily tasks: Klonopin
2005: Manic Depressive, with anxiety disorder: Zyprexa 5mg's, Lorazpeam 1mg's X 3 daily, then moved to Alprazolam
2008: Aspberger's, ADHD, stimulants where used again...dexedrine spansules 60mgs
2009: ripped off dexedrine, geodon and zyprexa where used to calm hyperactity
2010: Schizoaffective : zyprexa
2012: disorganized schizophrenia.....which i know i don't have, but it was recorded in a psych report

so really i've been through so much hell, my mother still will not let me take stimulants, besides nuvigil, and neither the doctor, but really if you could just hear me, if i didnt abuse the stimulants, i could of been much more well off...and not had to go through this depressive phase of not being able to function without amphetmaine....people tell me its my own fault, but it did help me, and getting things done....but i messed up, and im having to deal with the consequnes

im on Prozac 60mgs with Nuvigil 250 it somewhat has a good effect at times it does work, but its better than nothing....
