I imagine most people posting on Psycho-Babble do.

About life?

I do - including yours.

There have been times when I didn't want to be alive and wished that I had never been born. One time, I began to set my affairs in order to perform autoeuthanasia. I never formulated a plan as to how to go about it, though.

Every man has his breaking point. Some are broken time and time again. I can only encourage you to remain alive, as I doubt that anyone has yet demonstrated to you with certitude that you are forever doomed. Hopefully, your persistence will allow you to find your healing and justify the pain you currently endure.

I am fortunate in that I have crystal-clear memories of what it was like to be in full remission from depression. I guard these memories tenaciously. They have been critical in my motivation to remain alive.

Who cares? As I write this, I care. Of course, this is easy for me because I am currently responding to treatment. I feel that I am on a path that will lead me to remission and to actualize the memories I guard. However, tomorrow may lead me to a very different place. I might relapse. I may no longer care.

Cee about ways to improve the new nardil as you posted yesterday? Is this what you are referring to? I didn't answer as haven't used nardil and have no idea. I'd hoped someone who uses Nardil might have responded. Is this what you mean by who care? Phillipa
