This should be the journal..I just am confused by it. Can anyone explain in greater detail if B6 renders Nardil inactive and why?

From what I understand, there is a delicate balance between Nardil and vitamin B6. Nardil actually depletes the body of B6, so taking a small amount of B6 as a supplement is sometimes indicated. Taking excessive amounts of B6 can render Nardil less effective.Why are you concerned about this?

Scott that was why I posted that article on B6 as it says it can help neurotransmitters. But over l00mg is not good and can nerve damage. Phillipa

I'm concerned because for the last 30 days I've been shivering like a heroin addict and I feel like I'm going freaking nuts.
For 25 days I took vitamin B6 and I think it rendered nardil inactive so I think I'm in GABA/SEROTONIN withdrawal because my hands/feet are warm I just have MASSIVE 24/7 BRAIN SHIVERS.
I stopped B6 8 days ago but apparently the F*CK*NG HALF LIFE IS 15 DAYS FOR b6. OMFG

+ I think you only took B6 for a day when u became suicidal and had weird side effects. So it got out of ur system quick (water soluble).
But when you take it for a while it binds to tissue and sh*t and requires a half life to get rid of it, thus 15 days apparently (what I've found, can you confirm this???)
Like sh*t, this may be for 45 days. I'm about to jump off a roof I'm so f*ck*ng cold. AND TO MAKE IT WORSE, BEFORE THESE 30 DAYS OF BRAIN SHIVERS I HAD 30 DAYS OF VASOCONSTRICTION WHERE MY LIMBS WERE ALMOST BLUE.
F*CK THIS.

my gut feel would be to take a daily Centrum or One A Day type multivitamin, and stear clear of merga doses of B6 or any other vitamin, this should supply your physiological needs, without having enough to get you into trouble. The RDI in a Centrum tablet along with what you get froma ehalthy diet should be enough to prevent any subclinical deficiency, but wont be enough to interfere with nardils action.

It should be a B6 over consumption leading to HIGH serum levels not low B6, so I can't just take a multi vitamin, that'd make it worse. Also not taking anything until my test comes in

My body is not cold, my hands are warm, my feet are warm
I just have brain shivers 24/7 that make me feel like I'm freaking hypothermic but my body is normal temp.
just brain shivers. But they make me feel like I'm sitting outside in the snow
