What is the dosage of requip that has been used successfully for bipolar depression?
I think zyprexa increases my depression. Is there any justification for taking zyprexa with requip or mirapex?

Start with 1 mg and then slowly go up as you feel effects.
Zyprexa antagonizes 5hta receptors pretty heavily, which can cause depression. Requip and Mirapex would treat this depression.

No worries with the zyprexa-it mostly hits seratonin receptors and is light on dopaamine regulation, so it shouldn't interfere with the Requip.
Start with 1 mg of Requip and titrate up. I was on 5 mg when I took it.

I switched antidepressants, which improved my mood to the point I didn't need the Requip any more.

I got a very 'up' feeling when I was taking it. More motivated, more relaxed and more jovial.
