My girlfriend suffers from ADHD and is greatly helped my Adderall however she still could use some improvement. Does anyone have any experience with supplements that could help augment and be a safe addition to her Adderall? Many thanks for your help,

L-Tyrosine and DL-Phenylalanine. They at are usally at supplemement stores...you might have to order the phenylalaine...but I know they should have l-tyrosine in stock if they didnt then its a crappy store.
Check it out...read on it, they both increase dopamine levels inccreasing the effect of the stimulant.

> rjI haven't tried tyrosine, but magnesium has been studied and is shown to potentiate AD/HD meds. Try 50mg, maybe 100mg, but be careful, as it can cause acid reflux in too high of an amount. Don't worry what kind of magnesium, at that dose, it'll work.
There's also DHEA, which helps my Lumosity.com score a tad... for prescriptions, there's always augmenting Aricept (which actually works, unlike memantine).

I know ill get heat,but snort a lil caffiene and with your adhd med they will synergize
