Something is aggitating me making me worry more than usual trying to figure out what is. Only changes are tiny dose lowered of benzos and the addition of Fish oil pharmacitical strength? Can fish oil cause aggitation? Thanks Phillipa

Fish oil has never had that effect on me but if I take too much krill oil (1000 mg) I feel too revved up. Are you taking a benzo that causes withdrawal symptoms?

I'm taking nordic naturals but the doses are higher and also have a strange rash that come and goes with the day. been using cortisone cream but that is masking the cause. Poser thanks for the link. I hate fish. Phillipa

Well, Ive stopped taking fish oil supplements and now eat salmon as much as possible.And Ive been wondering lately about starting low dose aspirin.Arent there studies that lowering inflammation is good for brain?

Turns out that it must have been the pharmcitical strenth fish oil as didn't take any today and wasn't aggitated. Also this daily rash or bumps didn't appear at least yet. So hoping it's the culprit. I used to take flax seed oil and it worked well. Had dry eyes at time. I think will go back on this one. I find motrin seems to eliminate inflammtion for me. But now they are saying that daily ASA isn't good same with motrin, tylenol. Heart stuff. So what is left for pain? Especially since opiods of any sort are also a no no? According to my Dentist 800mg of motrin for 24 hours works well on tooth inflammtion it did for me and felt so good the next day? Makes you wonder. Phillipa

I might try flax seed oil,had forgotten about it.Yes I took 800mg motrin for sciatica once,and felt great on it!

Gadchik how long did you take the 800mg for? Do you believe it causes heart damage? I still have a bumpy rash now on upper abdomen and under and around breasts where bra strap is. I have narrowed this down to four possibilities. 1. detergent & softener even though marketed as hypo allergetic, 2. elastic in bra as used to break out in hives from wearing a girdle was in then, 3. can one be allergic to synthroid?, 4. Some type of allergy to this home don't like it here? Phillipa

I was on it for 2 weeks.I havent heard anything about heart damage,tho I wouldnt stay on that dose longterm.I sure hope your rash just disapears.I wonder if an epsom salt bath might help?

you bet they can.
I did 3 trials at 1g and 2g.. each time after 2 days Id start to get really cranky.
Supposedly fish oil has mood stabilizing effects. Maybe Im just weird like that.
