Hey Phillipa, I get the imopresion that you arnt totaly satisfied with your current med regime - have you ever tried to enhance the effect of your SSRI with Welbutrin?
Taking your 50mg fluvoxamine with Welbutrin XL 300mg can give it an almighty kick. Desipramine would be an alternative booster for you.

Wellbutrin took once at l50mg and ended up in the hospital for a week as too activating. Since primary dx has always been panic first, GAD second and now ocd now sure. But no TCA's for me as cardiac side effects and weight gain. Phillipa

Jono I wondered about viibryd seems others on here didn't like it but when googled it and patient comments it got good reviews. Why do you think the difference ? Phillipa
