Nardil efficacy and sleep update

Posted by Zonked on July 31, 2011, at 8:29:46

I hope to develop the patience of some of my fellow posters. Last night, I took 2 1mg Ativan after filling a script I had forgotten about. Plus 1 doxylamine tablet. Still woke at 5, but after shaking off the doxy hangover, I've felt ok so far. I don't know if it's random, or if I really am that sensitive to Klonopin. Will try to get it replaced with Xanax at my appointment. Plus a decent hypnotic. Nervous a touch because my prior doc left the practice and this one will be new to me. My internal worry wort wonders if the fading in and out of Nardil efficacy is rapid cycling or just the way it's gonna go this time till the effect is consistent.

Keep us updated.

The early morning awakening thing I don't understand the mechanism. I know it's a symptom that I associate for myself w/ depression.

I also try and think it some atavistic gene of my hard working European farm stock :-/. But really, that fancy only goes so far. As in not very.

Thank you for the update. Good luck with your new doc.
