my condition is: drug induced psychosis (lamictal)

currently on Seroquel XR 150 mg, abilify 15 mg, Ativan 1,5 mg twice daily

Lithium is more of a mood stabilizer rather than a treatment for psychosis. It's also used in lower doses as an augmentation to antidepressant drugs (which is what I take it for). I'm not sure that it would be of any benefit for psychosis.
