seroquel to geodon

hello people
trying to switch from seroquel to geodon by swaping 100 mg of seroquel for 20 mg of geodon at a two week interval. i am starting to find it difficult as i get lower on my dose of seroquel . has any body else tried this procedure

One method for switching antipsychotics involves overlapping them and then withdrawing the first drug..I read about this on some British website about switching patients to Abilify.

Anyway, if seroquel withdrawal is a problem, I imagine you could just push up the dose of Geodon while holding steady on the Seroquel and then, once you're on your target dose of Geodon, slowly taper the Seroquel.
