Seroquel XR not 24 hours

it feels like its working 22 hours or 23 but not 24 whole hours

false advertising from the company????

I wouldn't say false advertising, but it's the case with a variety of allegedly 24 hour products that they don't always last that long....for everyone.

no the seroquel isnt working, its blocking just psychosis and i dont feel cured

Have you tried dividing the dose into a small morning dose + a large evening dose? It should last all day that way.

Jeroen Ed has a good Idea can you try that? And what do you mean by the word cured? Sometimes we can only reduce symptoms does the seroquel seem to be doing that? Phillipa
