abilify and increased anger?

has anyone experienced extreme anger or extreme need for self injurous behavior? literally crazy anger from abilify?

i was on 10 mg.

YES!! IT made me very angry and i never really talked about it because no one had that problem with it. I thought i was the ONLY one...that this happened to, I was taking 10mg also. It made me get furious because it blocked thoughts that where needed to function and when it blocked them I couldnt feel the correct emotions so I got really angry due to that.

It sounds awful, I assume you have come off it?

Hi.

Akathisia symptoms include anger and anxiety. When these two symptoms co-occur, very often, a depression evolves into a suicidal or self-injurious mental state.

dang scott you called it 100%.
it always peaked at night and ESPECIALLY at T appts. guess when i have the MOST anxiety!

yes i'm off. i think i stopped thursday. and i dont have that fury inside now.
