Ouw!!
I remember this from Nardil (and also Zoloft)--but yeah, I am constantly grinding my teeth on this Marplan.
I'd like to somehow deal with this without adding another drug for it...
Anyone else get this? Or know what causes it?
So, I am having up days and down days--I do know the Marplan is working though, and my depression's decreased since switching Klonopin to Ativan. I think I'll give Marplan a "final report card grade" in 3-4 weeks since I have now been on 60mg for about a week.
Quit smoking two weeks ago--whew!
Thanks all for your support....

Zonked congrats to you no idea about the question but nice to hear you're doing well. Why is ativan better? Phillipa

I started grinding my teeth when I first started lamictal. I'm not sure if I ever really stopped grinding or if I've just become delusional about it. It's a depressing thing to have happen.

Hi Phillipa!
I really don't know--what I CAN tell you is that Klonopin makes my depression worse, Ativan may be neutral but certainly isn't nearly as bad as Klonopin, and Xanax has AD-boosting properties.. For *me*. And I need to be on a benzo.
It's too bad that the clinic I see my psychiatrist in has literally prohibited their MDs from prescribing Xanax because some drug abusing screw ups abuse it or divert it to the street. It's a county (government) clinic that sees a lot of indigent patients, but it sucks when I have to pay for their irresponsibility....
But I'm OK with Ativan for now. :-). Hope that I continue to improve....
