too high, its been hours since i took 200 mg, and the tachardia is still there

My doctor just heared and he was pissed...
but the nurse said i could take 100 mg XR on my own until monday.

no i wont go up, the tachardia lasted 3 hours
im cutting back to 150 mg, i guess i wont be cured
