i just talked to my psy doc, and i asked to up my Seroquel XR dose from 100 mg to 300 mg step by step 50 mg a day at a time.
I have no idea if i will suffer from tachardia attacks and seizures, the chance is lesser with XR
and i dont know its effect on a lamictal induced psychosis..

Hi Jeroen,
I think you will be OK. If the effects of Seroquel get too strong, you can increase by 50mg every few days instead of daily.

You must feel confident if you gave your doc that advice. He wouldn't go along with it readily if the risk of those SE's is too great, so try not to worry, although I know difficult that can be.
Slow and steady, hope you get the results you are looking for...
