So I increased my paxil to 20 mg. I had been on 10 for a year or better. The first day and since then I have a sudden onset of muscle tension in my head, facial muscles, neck, etc. It's very uncomfortable. I have never experienced this with increasing any meds before. What do you make of it?
Thanks,
Laney

I can't quite remember, but I think paxil caused jaw clenching in a friend of mine. He took it for a while and I don't think it went away until he stopped.
