Lol after searching hard,i finaly found it,and funny enough the version i found was one i posted myself on a babble archive a while ago.This is not the only one,the other one was more in depth including additonal augment options,but this is your legit document,

Thanks willey! I'll take anything you've got on the subject. I've spend the last 2 days just researching parnate and possible augments and you still send me stuff that's better than anything I'm finding!

Well to be fair im a pc tech of ten years and a self prclaimed master of browser search lol.
Google has a new search engine comming out,this is a beta version,its pretty good with unique results,try it!
