hi can someone tell me wich Glycine levels are dangerous, im supposed to take 20 grams each day of a glycine for effect..

When I took it my doctor said to take 30-60g a day, for psychosis. You don't take it all at once. My experiance was to take it every 3 hours, about 10g at once. Or a heaping teaspoon at once. Its a pretty mild drug so I would not worry about side effects.
