Vivid Dream causing NOT-sleep well

Posted by HappyGirl on November 30, 2009, at 12:00:35

Hi:
During sleep, on-and-off 'Vivid Dream' causing a good-nite-sleep that started since early Fall.

I cut down Wellbutrin SR, from 300 mg. to 225 mg. After two and a half months on this dosage, 'vivid dream' getting milder, but my energy level getting 'low,' then went back to the 300 mg.

Even 225 mg. WB sr., I still had vivid-dream not intense but mild-form.

I want to keep WB sr. 300 mg. along with other meds. for my Bipolar II, but my pdoc. has NO clue for this, 'Vivid Dream.'

I'd truly appreciate it if any of you could offer/share your experience and any clues as to having 'vivid dream.'

Thanks,

Actually, it's 'Rapid Eye-Movement' that causing interference my sleep. Also, some nites are scary-dream, such as someone trying to corner me and the like.

Any clue on this?

I get a lot of bad dreams most based upon what's on my mind the stressors. How do you know your eyes are rapidly moving? Do you mean your're in the REM stage of dreaming? Phillipa
