Ritalin?

Posted by cactus on October 26, 2009, at 21:27:35

It's starting to make me a little sleepy about 2 hours after I take it, I saw my GP today and he was very interested by this. He said maybe you've had mild ADD all these years and no wonder AD's have never helped you. Interesting.

He seem very eager to call his pdoc mates to discuss further.

It's also shifting my perception on life too, as in "the glass is half full", for the 1st time in a long time. Other meds have made me feel better but haven't really changed the way I look at life. Still very early days I know, little update. C

Thats very odd that taking a stimulant would make you sleepy.

Ritilin restores amount's of dopmaine in people who have ADHD, and lack it in some areas. Also Ritilin only lasts I think 3-4 hour's, it's great with doing paperwork, and sitting down for long periods, doing long reading.

Also the metoblism...Focalin last's about 2-3 hour's..It may wear out of your system.

Best luck
