Gentleman in a store we frequent had prostrate surgery about two years ago and suffered from constant dribbling of urine so the doc put him on cymbalta 30mg. Not depressed but works for urinary stuff. Anyone ever hear of this? Phillipa

It is prescribed for this, independent of depression, usually for women. It's also prescribed for pain, independent of depression.
But Milnacipran does the job a lot better at a much lower dose. It just hasn't been marketed that way.

BB isn't it wierd about meds? I do know that cymbalta at 60mg masked back pain as when stopped it was there. Didn't do a thing for anxiety though or if I have depression that either? Love Phillipa
