Not me, but I have a friend who has. She is currently taking Seroquel 800mg, Wellbutrin 300mg, and Abilify 30. We are not convinced the Abilify is helping at all, and it might actually be counterproductive, necessitating a higher dosage of Seroquel. That's just conjecture on my part, though. She has been stable and employed for 3 years.

Thanks Scott
That's a really high dosage of Seroquel. I'm currently taking 12.5 at night and that knocks me out, but leaves me fatigued and out of it during the day.
Thanks for your input

The higher the dosage of Seroquel, the less sedating it is. I think the ideal dose for depression is 200-300mg. Also, the new XR version seems to produce less sedation than the original IR version.

Thanks Scott
I should add the main problem I have is mixed state/agitation more than pure depression. The Seroquel helps me sleep, but if I add an A/D I become dysphoric. I'm trying to figure out if a dose in the AM of Wellbutrin with another dose of Wellbutrin will mellow everything out. Maybe the upper doses of Seroquel would solve the whole problem.
Thanks
