Has anyone ever went from taking lexapro to taking efexor I will be making the switch this week one week taking 75mgs effexor and 10 mgs lexapro to 150 mgs of effexor then no more lexapro any one done this.

I just switched from 15 to 75 then 150 4 days later. Now on 225mg 14 days from starting. There was some worsened depreession about 10 days in but other than that no problems excluding side effects from effexor.
