Has anyone here actually been on a combination of an ssri + milnaciprin? If so, how was your experience?

I have only read blogs from other people where it is not uncommon in Japan to combine Savella with Paxil or Luvox. I don't think that is done, or should be done, without a full 12 week trial first. And doses probably need to be kept low.
Better synergistic meds, based on a few cases on pubmed, include Risperdal or Zyprexa.
