Guys Im feeling crap in this moment. I endure
2 months with no AD`s meds . I had some bad days but I could survive well and I was feeling more normal than on ADS
Im like being forced to restart again my med
I dont want to but I dont want to feel like Im feeling in this moment
I hope you know what I mean . I was doing good on depressive issues and I had my head more free , but then this depression is kicking back .
damn !!!! I was only figthing social phobia issues with Xanax.
Im not gonna take any AD yet, Im gonna see how I Feel tomorrow.
Please tell me something , what do you think?

I think you should speak to a doc as soon as possible before you crash and end up in a deeper depression. The symptoms are probably a clue that it was too soon to come off meds.
I took my self off meds last year and ended up having the deepest and longest depression of my life which still persists to this day.

are you still there? I dont have a doc right now
My disease is cronic , Ive been more than 12 years taking meds, with no real success
I took a little bit of Xanax to calm down in this moment. I already took out my Nardil pills, if this start gettin worse Im gonna have to take it
damn life !

tepi why do you not want to take an antidepressant, is it wanting to be able to get by without?

Tepi-I posted my situation several weeks ago. But in a nutshell, I have had severe problems with anxiety and depression for about 35 years and on meds for almost 15. I took myself off all meds about a year ago and really felt so good. So much more emotion and feeling. Because of my history my doc told me I would never beat this disease only manage it. About 3 months ago I ignored the warning signs that the disease was trickling back into my brain. I too had the worst crash I have ever had in my life. I am back on meds and living with the side effects. But there is no comparison to the painful black hole I was in. Be careful, this disease is rarely beat, just managed.

I think you are right that for some people, depression is a life long disease that needs to be managed with meds. I agree with Phillipa. If the Nardil is working take it. And see you pdoc. See if you two can come up with a regime that works for the depression without too many side effects. Don't let yourself slide.

Guys, thanks all for your responses .See what happenedI woke up today feeling bad again , I already had
my Nardil pills with me . I took them with me to my Job
I was feeling terrible so I took a little more Xanax and also Coffee, then afetr 2 hours I took again Xanax and more cofee , and I end up feeling kind of goodI HAVENT RETURN TO NARDIL YET . AM I PLAYING WITH FIRE???
Im doing the impossible to not take it yet. I feel good now.
what do you think ?? please understand my concern

mmm I used to take 0.5mg at 7:00 AM , then another 0.5mg on 11:00 , and other on 3PM , then if needed another 0.5 mg ( 2mg /day )
Now I took 2mg in the wole morning , another .05 in the afternoon and other .5 if needed (3mg/day) . Im not having a constant good effect
Im anxious in this moment . Im also afraid of have to be increasing the dose more and moreIt seems the question I made was not easy or not appropiate , or maybe it has no asnwer because nobody replied it =/
