I am currently on Naril 75, and it is not helping my social phobia. Also, it sends me into an almost narcoleptic state in the afternoon. I am in the middle of bumping up the dosage to 90 mg.
My questions are:
1. Does anyone combine Adrafinil with Nardil, and if so, what affect has it had? I do not have insomnia, but am looking for something to possibly improve my mood and social phobia as I have read that it sometimes can.2. Is Adrafinil ok to take with Nardil as long as you have liver function tests on a regular basis?
3. Regarding St John's Wort, is this also acceptable to take in conjunction with Nardil? The purpose of this is to aid with depression, correct?
4. And lastly, I hear that Nardil plus Clonazepam are very helpful for SP. My social phobia is generalized, not situation specific. Would I take the Clonazepam every morning? Or every night? Or what would be best? I have heard others saying they take it before a specific event, but my phobia exists constantly.

Yess klonopin for some can be a miracle for social anxiety,also it goes very well with maois.

Regarding the clonazepam, i know for those who have an upcoming event that causes them anxiety, i.e. making a speech, they take the Klonopin before to help them calm down. However, how would it best benefit me when my social phobia exists all the time? Do I take a low dosage every day? Or one at bedtime and one in the morning? I need to ask my pdoc but my old one left and my new one won't be here for a couple of months.

I actualy used that combo,adfranil,and yess your right its a cousin drug of modfanil.
Id say the combo levels out to be the same as a pure caffiene tab,i.e vivarin.
BUT adfranil has liver damage warnings,and also accumaltes,the accumlation actualy sent me to ER just recently.
Id go with pure caffiene tab over it.
Klonopin actualy is not for direct panic.For that xanax would be a better drug.
Klonopin - is a accumaltion drug,builds up and gives a strong back bone to everyday general anxiety and usualy taken daily.Xanax - is more of a direct punch,for people who might catch panic on the highway,or at a job,its immiedaite reliaf
So you would use klonopin to treat on going general anxiety as you let it accumalte,and you would use xanax on a more "at the moment" kinda of med when u have a sudden oncome of anxiety

its not clear if sjw has real sri, but its a possibility, so dangeorus.
adrafinil, i use wiht parnate - shasling, could you post the exact liver issue that is caused, i have never seen anything about it besides vague warnings.

> -d/rMy liver showed negative readings when i was hospitlized,it had to be from adfranil because every other med invovled i had been on a while,adfranil was the only new med i was using.
