Just found an old link saved from babble and is this still true? Do they feel anxiety is bipolar? Scarey. Love Phillipa

That makes interesting reading, Phillipa. I'm no expert so maybe one of the other more knowledgeable posters here would be able to throw more light on this.
I'm on lithium for my anxiety - obviously it's the gold-standard for manic depression - but I haven't noticed any great reduction in my anxiety since taking it.
By no means does that indicate that Bi-polar isn't related to anxiety disorders - it's just my experience.
What's everyone else's view..?
