As as not to hyjack.

Regarding your post:

Yes, they do... seriously.

But, it's difficult to be here, say that and be "heard".

It appears to me even after years and years and years some folks don't drink it in making it a "black or white" "never or always" issue or, worse almost, it's all placebo. Personally, those judgements make me feel badly and putdown. AND, I don't understand them.

I don't know that folks consider the flip side - Do folks think about if there were evaluations with the imply-ments of: " So and so med doesn't work for you? How could that happen as that can't possibly be true..."

For me, meds never changed my outside situations, events, ets... but they did help with my ability to cope, deal with them and possible make better choices than I would being ill.

I feel like the psych med "Lorax" and sometimes I need to: "...speak for the trees as the trees have no voice...."

Hey just home been out doing business shopping and bike riding. Sorry. I'm sure meds help lots of people as they help you. But not all are the same we must find our own Road Less Traveled so to speak. I can only speak for me and others I know in real life. This is to me a board for support. I know synthroid helps my thyroid. But as in anything else they are not for all people. Know some Posters on this board who are also not on meds. Some like me love to help others and support them and welcome newcomers. I also know people meds do work for. I feel you are extremly fortunate that your med works so well for you. Love Phillipa
